We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic remote team. In this role, you will manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service across various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of issues.
- Problem Resolution: Identify customer problems, diagnose causes, and provide effective solutions or escalate as necessary.
