As the Human Resources Manager, you will oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support our remote team’s needs and enhance our company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment: Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of new hires.

  • Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive work environment.

  • Performance Management: Implement and oversee performance review processes, ensuring that employees receive regular feedback and opportunities for development.

  • Compliance: Ensure that all HR practices comply with legal requirements and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of HR management experience, with a focus on remote workforce management.

  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality.

  • Certification: SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or other relevant HR certification preferred.
