Callixis is expanding its sales team to drive growth in our BPO services. We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our remote team and help us acquire new clients and expand our market presence.
Job Overview:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales. You will work closely with the marketing and project management teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that add value.
- Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities and outcomes, using CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in BPO or related industries.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Tools: Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
