Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Telemarketing Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. Your goal is to build and maintain strong client relationships while contributing to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce Callixis’s services.
  
  
• Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify potential leads, understanding their needs and aligning them with our services.
  
  
• Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings between qualified leads and our sales representatives.
  
  
• Database Management: Update and maintain accurate records of client interactions and leads in our CRM.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2+ years of telemarketing or sales experience, preferably in a remote environment.
  
  
• Skills: Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  
  
• Tools: Familiarity with CRM systems and telemarketing software.
  
  
• Attributes: Ability to work independently, meet targets, and handle rejection professionally.
